Business Development Drive sales of the White Space portfolio (Rack PDUs, IT Racks, connectivity, ATS, KVMs, Software) within selected EMEA large accounts. Identify growth opportunities, influence customer requirements, and manage full commercial cycles (quotations, specifications, calculations). Build strong, long‑term relationships with end‑users, consultants, contractors, integrators, and channel partners. Coordinate seamless handover from business development to project execution teams. Support customers with technical and commercial guidance. Ensure high‑quality engagement, understanding of requirements, and excellent customer experience. Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering, or Business/Commerce with strong technical affinity. Technical curiosity for Data Center technologies (White Space & Grey Space). 5+ years B2B technical commercial experience, ideally in Data Centers, IT infrastructure, electrical or thermal systems. Experience navigating complex/ matrixed environments and working with international customers. Entrepreneurial, self‑starter mindset. Strong negotiation, coordination, communication and presentation skills. Fluent English; additional European languages welcome.
