As Business Development Manager White Space, you will: Manage a portfolio of key Data Center accounts across the Northern Region and a dedicated geographical territory. Support recruitment and engagement of new Data Center integrators to strengthen the ecosystem. Lead customer project coordination (selection with Pre‑Sales & PM, tenders, quotations, project deployment follow‑up). Provide win/loss analysis, market insights, competitive intelligence and customer feedback. Contribute to product and financial forecasts. Engineering degree preferred (or strong technical credibility in IT / electrical / telecom). 10+ years of experience in Sales or Business Development, ideally within IT, Telecom, or Data Center industries. Solid understanding of White Space applications (racks, connectivity, rack PDUs, ATS, monitoring/software). Experience with multi‑country / matrix organizations appreciated. Excellent communication & presentation skills. Strong negotiation, autonomous working style, entrepreneurial mindset. Business-level English required. Technically curious, customer‑centric, solution-driven. Able to navigate complex ecosystems and work cross-functionally. Strong organizational and coordination capabilities. Ability to manage a sales pipeline and influence stakeholders at multiple levels.
