The Department of Energy Conversion and Storage at the Technical University of Denmark (DTU Energy) invites applications for a 3-year PhD position to work on synthesis, electrochemical characterization and operando structural analysis of new solid state battery materials. The aim of the PhD project is to develop composite solid electrolytes and composite positive electrodes and demonstrate a full solid state battery operating at low-to-ambient pressure. Operando synchrotron X-ray experiments will be used to investigate structural and transport properties of the solid state battery.
