We are seeking a highly motivated Lab Technician to join our dynamic research group, focusing on discovery and applications of carbohydrate-active enzymes from the human gut bacterial community (Microbiota). We study the molecular interactions of gut bacteria and their enzymes with dietary fibres, to ultimately promote health and counter disease.
