Together, we are +35 colleagues with professional backgrounds in law, finance, construction, engineering, and project management. We are based in across the world.
Working in 3 teams, Business Development, Construction and Investment Management we oversee real estate matters for the entire DSV Group, managing a diverse portfolio of almost 3,000 properties across 80+ countries. We also work closely with our colleagues from Group Legal who are based in Poland and Germany. After the acquisition of DB Schenker our portfolio has grown significantly and the volume of property transactions the same.
Run property transaction projects for our Logistic warehouses, terminals and office buildings
As our new Senior Project Manager, you will run 4-5 projects at a time once you have settled into your new job. But in the beginning, before you take full responsibility for a project, we will make sure you are introduced properly to the job through training, and you will always be welcome to liaise with one of your team colleagues.
Once you are up and running, you will:

You can’t be an expert in every single detail, so you have to identify potential issues in due time and make sure to take them up with the right people in your project team. Being a listed company it’s very important that our property projects are completed by deadline,” says Lasse.
