You’re comfortable working with both engineers and senior leaders, keeping everyone aligned and focused on what matters. This role is for a hands-on person who owns delivery health across squads, raises the bar on how teams work together, and stays effective even when priorities shift and the environment is fast and demanding.

Anchored in Global IT, Enterprise Business Development focuses on some of the most transformative digital initiatives in DSV, enabling the company to operate as one digital enterprise by connecting data, intelligence, and workflows across divisions, systems, customers, and geographies. In this role, you will work closely with domain squad leads, architects, and fellow chapter leads to ensure that full stack capabilities are future-ready, interoperable, and aligned with long-term ambitions—while still delivering tangible value to the business every sprint.

Deliver Enterprise-Wide Impact
You will be part of a high-performing global team, while ensuring that your colleagues are receiving the support needed. More specifically, you will:

• Own and continuously improve the delivery health and agile maturity across multiple cross-functional squads.
• Design and evolve ways of working, standards, and delivery practices across multi-disciplinary teams (including developers, business analysts, data analysts, business owners, data engineers, solution and information architects).
• Define and monitor Jira delivery KPIs, dashboards, and actionable insights to drive measurable sprint improvements.
• Proactively identify and remove systemic impediments, cross-team dependencies, and execution risks.
• Partnering with the squad leaders and stakeholders to align priorities, capacity and outcomes to strategic objectives.
• Ensure full transparency on progress, risks, and outcomes through clear metrics and reporting.
• Drive continuous improvement across teams and the wider delivery organisation.
• Enable high-quality, predictable delivery of platform and business initiatives.

To succeed in this role, you bring:

• 4-7 years of experience in Scrum Master, Delivery Lead, Agile Coach, or similar agile leadership role.
• Deep practical experiences with Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, or similar scaling approaches).
• Proven track record of coaching multiple squads and improving velocity, predictability, flow efficiency, or other delivery performance metrics.
• Solid experience operating in complex, matrixed and enterprise environments.
• Strong capability in managing delivery flow, cross-team dependencies, and risk mitigation at scale.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills across both business and technical audiences.
• Advanced facilitation, communication, and conflict resolution skills in English.
• Experience driving agile maturity, continuous improvement, and predictable delivery outcomes.
• Experience working on software development projects, with a strong understanding of SDLC
• Experience working with globally distributed teams across multiple time zones.
