We’re looking for a Full-Stack Developer Chapter Lead who brings strong technical leadership and clear direction to complex delivery environments. Someone who takes ownership of engineering quality, drives solutions end-to-end, and helps teams turn ideas into working products. Must enforce a standardised approach to implementation aligned with technical blueprints and leveraging SDKs. Great at aligning technical decisions with business goals and keeping teams focused on building the right things the right way. This role is for a hands-on technical leader who raises the bar on how we design, build, and operate our platforms, and who stays effective even when priorities shift and the environment is fast and demanding.

Anchored in Global IT, Enterprise Business Development focuses on some of the most transformative digital initiatives in DSV, enabling the company to operate as one digital enterprise by connecting data, intelligence, and workflows across divisions, systems, customers, and geographies. In this role, you will work closely with domain squad leads, architects, and fellow chapter leads to ensure that full stack capabilities are future-ready, interoperable, and aligned with long-term ambitions—while still delivering tangible value to the business every sprint.

Deliver Enterprise-Wide Impact

You will build and lead a high-performing global team, while ensuring architectural alignment and technical excellence across the organisation. More specifically, you will:

• Own engineering quality, standards, and technical practices across full-stack squads.
• Provide technical leadership and architectural direction across multiple teams.
• Drive the incorporation of automation and AI to improve and monitor the efficiency of the engineering teams.
• Coach and mentor engineers to improve skills, performance, and technical maturity.
• Drive consistent implementation of best practices in coding, testing, security, and operations.
• Partner with product, architecture, and leadership to align technical execution with business goals.
• Actively manage and capture evidence of technical debt and long-term platform sustainability.
• Support squads in complex problem solving and critical delivery situations.
• Contribute hands-on when needed to unblock teams and accelerate delivery.
• Ensure platform solutions are scalable, reliable, and aligned with enterprise architecture.

Experienced Technology Leader with Global Expertise

You are a strategic and trusted leader with deep technical insight and the ability to navigate complex organisations. You bring experience in managing enterprise-level technology environments and translating corporate strategy into scalable solutions.

To succeed in this role, you bring:

• 7–12 years of experience as Full-Stack Developer, Tech Lead, Solution Architect, or similar senior engineering role.
• Strong hands-on experience across front-end, back-end, and modern cloud platforms utilizing the DSV tech stack with a solid knowledge of the infrastructure in scope, i.e. technologies like Containerization, MongoDB Atlas, RDBMS (Postgres, MySQL), Kafka.
• Guard the code quality, be able to understand the results from Sonar, Xray, to guarantee the quality of the product from a low-level point of view.
• Proven experience leading engineers across multiple squads in a complex delivery environment.
• Solid understanding of software architecture, design patterns, and engineering best practices.
• Experience working in agile product delivery models (Scrum, Kanban, Spotify model).
• Strong stakeholder management skills across business and technical communities.
• Ability to work with solution architects to translate business requirements into scalable, secure, and maintainable solutions.
• Excellent communication and technical leadership skills in English.
• Experience in global and complex organisations where teams are distributed across multiple time zones.
