Key responsibilities:

• Primary focus on SQL data architecture and design – building robust, scalable data models and structures for industrial environments.
• Ensure high data quality and governance across the MES/data platform.
• Optimize and maintain SQL databases, including performance tuning, indexing, and troubleshooting.
• Develop and document stored procedures for reporting and integration.
• Collaborate closely with both IT and OT teams – experience working at the IT/OT interface is highly valued.
• Take ownership of the data platform, supporting data-driven decision making and continuous production optimization (data lake, OEE, Seeq, AI/machine learning potential).

You Bring:

• Strong SQL skills: architecture, design, performance tuning, indexing, stored procedures, and reporting.
• Deep understanding of the importance of data quality and governance.
• Experience with both IT (e.g., SQL, data engineering) and OT (e.g., MES, OEE, SCADA); proven experience with IT/OT integration is a plus.
• Experience optimizing and maintaining data platforms in production environments.
• Curiosity and passion for industrial digitalization and Industry 4.0.
• Proactive, responsible, and collaborative – ready to take ownership of projects and platforms.
