As part of a leading European B2B platform for on-the-road payment solutions, you will work in an exciting environment. Your focus will include outbound calling based on the company data provided by DKV to acquire new customers in the small and medium customer segment as well as direct up- and cross-selling. Your area of responsibility also includes conducting follow-up and welcome calls as well as receiving, forwarding and answering enquiries from interested parties (telephone/mail/chat).
