The Opportunity
Partnerships are the connective tissue of our growth strategy, extending our reach, amplifying our value, and embedding Dixa into the ecommerce ecosystem. As Partnership Manager, you'll play a key role in building our end-to-end partnerships GTM motion.
What Success Looks Like
Your impact will be measured across three core areas:
🎯 Revenue Impact - Drive sourced pipeline targets, increase influenced revenue through partner attach rate, and deliver quality partner introductions that convert to closed deals.
🤝 Partnership Growth - Onboard and activate high-value tech partners and ecommerce agencies, run effective account interlocks with Crossbeam mapping, and maintain a drumbeat of joint GTM activities.
📣 Ecosystem Leadership - Champion our partner ecosystem internally and externally, build a vibrant partner community, and ensure partners are embedded in our GTM motion with customers and prospects.
