About the Role:  

Are you ready to make a difference? The Customer Marketing team works closely with our commercial team to understand the needs of shoppers and customers and then collaborate with the shopper & brand teams to create the programmes and tools that guarantee amazing execution of our brands at the point of purchase. 
This role will focus on delivery in the Denmark On-trade, part of the BxN cluster (Benelux & Nordics), as well as responsibility working on projects across the Netherlands & Belgium, working closely with our On-Trade Customer Activation Lead and other commercial colleagues. With a commercial and analytical approach you will deliver best in class activations.  

 
Your Responsibilities 

• Building a 12month rolling activation plan for our key brands & customer in your channel 
• Project managing the implementation of all the key platforms & activations 
• Partnering with Key Account Management in developing the business & achieving our growth ambition 

• Budget management responsibility  

• Translating brand growth drivers into share-winning executions in outlet. 
• Ensuring customer commitment/nominations are secured within agreed lead times. 
• Measuring & evaluation activities to ensure we are constantly improving our plans 

 
Your Profile 

• Min. of 5 years’ experience as Sales or Marketing Executive equivalent, with preference for previous on-trade experience.  
• Excellent Project Management skills 
• Strong communicator interested in building relationships and work collaboratively within a team 
• Problem solver & solution-based teammate who can deal with ambiguity & adapt quickly 
• Analytical approach, insights-driven and critical thinking. 
• Fluent English, preference for min. moderate level Danish
