We’re seeking an experienced Revenue Manager to join our Copenhagen‑based Revenue team on a maternity cover contract. In this role, you’ll play a key part in optimising top‑line revenue, governing price and capacity across multiple routes, and ensuring we continue to deliver strong commercial results.
If you enjoy turning insights into action and want to contribute to even better outcomes for the business, this is an opportunity to step into a role where your expertise truly matters.
Be part of the movement - and play your part.
About the role
As a Revenue Manager you will be part of a small, diverse department consisting of 19 employees with many interfaces to the rest of the business.
We collaborate across functions, combine commercial drivers with data‑driven insight, and focus relentlessly on selling the right product, at the right price, at the right time.
Our mission is simple: maximise top‑line performance in ways that translate directly into bottom‑line results.
Your role has both a strategic and operational dimension as you will be responsible for optimizing fare revenues and the analysis of several revenue streams with the goal of achieving total business revenue targets and drive business growth on a specific passenger route in our network.
Some of your responsibilities will include:
Pricing and inventory management
Budgeting and forecasting for yields, volumes, and overall route performance
Monitoring competitor pricing and market dynamics
Developing and executing pricing and revenue management strategies
Creating new reports, models, and analytical tools that elevate performance
This is a role where you’ll gain deep commercial understanding and build a broad network across DFDS and be able to make a measurable impact on the business.
We’re at an exciting stage in the evolution of our booking system and for the right candidate, there’s an opportunity to influence system development and collaborate closely with IT to drive improvements from a revenue perspective.
About you
As a Revenue Manager we imagine you bring a solid analytical foundation - perhaps through an educational background in Economics, Finance, Statistics, Business, or another quantitative field. What matters most is your ability to understand complex commercial dynamics and turn data into clear, actionable decisions.
We’re looking for someone who can bring:
Strong skills in Excel and experience working with BI tools such as Power BI
A natural analytical mindset, paired with commercial curiosity and sound judgement
Experience in revenue management, yield management, or pricing - whether from transportation, hospitality, travel, e‑commerce, or another data‑driven industry. What counts is your ability to work with multi‑dimensional products and advise on pricing decisions
The confidence to work independently, prioritise effectively, and stay focused in a fast‑paced environment
Fluency in English, both written and spoken, as it’s our company language
Working at DFDS
Join the movement and grow with us.
At DFDS, we believe in investing in our people.
You’ll be part of a diverse and collaborative community, working across locations and disciplines. Our Copenhagen headquarters offers a modern workspace with award-winning facilities, and we support flexible working and continuous development.

If you think your personality, skills, experience, and aspirations match this role, we’d love to hear from you. Please apply as soon as possible and before March 2nd, as we’re keen to meet potential candidates on an ongoing basis.
