About the role

As Revenue Manager, you will play a key role in optimizing pricing, yields and performance on one or more Passenger routes in our network. Working closely with the Head of Revenue Management and fellow Revenue Managers, you will help ensure that we consistently sell the right product, at the right price, at the right time.

The role combines strategic thinking with hands‑on execution. You will be responsible for day‑to‑day price and inventory management while contributing to the development of pricing strategies, forecasting models and performance insights. You will work in close collaboration with colleagues across Revenue Operations, Technology & Innovation, Sales and Marketing.

In this role, you will:

  • Own pricing and inventory management for assigned routes

  • Develop and execute revenue management and pricing strategies within agreed frameworks

  • Produce and maintain forecasts for volumes, yields and route performance

  • Monitor competitive pricing and market dynamics

  • Contribute to the development of reports, models and tools that improve performance

  • Support cross‑functional collaboration on system and process improvements from a revenue perspective

You will be part of our growing Passenger Revenue Operations team, a diverse department of 19 colleagues working across Europe. The environment is collaborative, ambitious, data driven and fast moving, with a strong focus on optimizing commercial outcomes across the network.
This role is based at our Headquarters in Copenhagen and reports to the Head of Revenue Management.

About you

You are commercially minded and motivated by seeing tangible results from your work. You enjoy working with data, translating analysis into actions, and taking ownership of performance within a defined scope. You thrive in an environment where priorities shift and collaboration is essential.

We imagine you bring:

  • Experience in revenue management, yield management, pricing or a related analytical role

  • Strong analytical and numerical skills with solid commercial understanding

  • High proficiency in Excel and PowerBI

  • The ability to work independently, manage pressure and prioritize effectively

  • Clear communication skills and a collaborative mindset

  • A proactive, curious approach to improving performance and ways of working
