About the role
As Head of Revenue Management, you will take a central leadership role in driving pricing, forecasting and yield performance across our Passenger network. You will guide a team of revenue managers and ensure that we consistently sell the right product, at the right price, at the right time.
A core part of the role is setting the strategic direction for pricing, while also enabling your team to work effectively through data, collaboration, and clear performance goals. You will help define and evolve our revenue management frameworks, tools and processes together with key stakeholders across Technology & Innovation, Sales, Marketing and the broader Revenue Operations organization.
In this role, you will:
Lead, develop and empower a team of Revenue Managers
Define and communicate pricing and revenue management strategies
Support the development of forecasting models, reports and tools that enhance performance
Lead cross‑functional collaboration with Technology & Innovation on new system development
Ensure best‑practice governance around price and performance management
You will be part of our growing Passenger Revenue Operations team, a diverse department of 19 colleagues working across Europe. The environment is collaborative, ambitious, data‑driven and fast‑moving, with a strong focus on optimizing commercial outcomes across the network.
This role is based at our Headquarters in Copenhagen and reports to the Head of Passenger Revenue Operations.
About you
As Head of Revenue Manager you are motivated by creating commercial impact and take pride in leading high‑performing teams. We imagine you bring:
Solid experience in revenue management, yield management or pricing
Strong leadership skills and a track record of developing people
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
High proficiency in Excel and PowerBI
Strong analytical and numerical skills with sound commercial intuition
The ability to take ownership, drive initiatives and navigate pressure constructively
