About Us:
We are a rapidly expanding UK-based cleaning company providing high-quality cleaning services nationwide. We are looking for a Recruitment Support Officer to assist with finding, contacting, and onboarding cleaners across the UK. You will help maintain accurate records, manage communication, and support a smooth recruitment process.
Key Responsibilities:
• Contact candidates via phone for short interviews
• Maintain and update online candidate profiles
• Update Excel spreadsheets and recruitment records
• Manage emails and calendars in Outlook
• Provide admin support to the recruitment team
• Answer overflow calls and take detailed messages
Requirements:
• Strong spoken and written communication skills
• Comfortable speaking to candidates on the phone
• Confident using Outlook, Excel, and data entry tools
• Organised, reliable, and eager to learn
• Self-motivated and able to meet daily targets
• Own computer/laptop and stable internet connection
