Then you might be our new Senior Pricing and Tender Specialist at Diagnostics.
Your impact as our new Senior Pricing and Tender Specialist
In this role, you play a central part in defining and maintaining intra group pricing strategies for products and consumables. You will establish pricing governance principles, develop structured decision flows, and ensure that intra-group pricing decisions are transparent, consistent, and strategically aligned. You will manage and chair tender board meetings, ensure timely decisions, and continuously track outcomes to identify improvements and drive best practices.
You will partner closely with Finance to analyze intra-group pricing performance and profitability, and flag risks and opportunities. You will support intra-group price setting for new products and platforms in collaboration with Product Management. As the subject matter expert on pricing, you will collaborate across Finance, Product Management, Marketing Operations, and the brand organizations.

You will join a newly created team dedicated to elevating commercial excellence across Diagnostics. Humility, collaboration, and analytical rigor will characterize your closest working relationships.
You report to the Director of Commercial Excellence, Rune Drud Madsen, and collaborate broadly across our global organization. This is a unique moment to influence the frameworks we implement and the culture of a new team. The position can be held remotely or at any Demant Diagnostics site.
Drive pricing and tender management across borders
Your key responsibilities are:
• Define and maintain intra-group pricing strategies
• Establish intra-group pricing governance principles
• Create structured escalation mechanisms, and approval flows to support transparency and decision quality
• Govern the tender process, chairing tender board meetings and ensuring compliant timely decisions
• Monitor and track tender outcomes to evaluate lessons learned and drive continuous improvement
• Monitor official market trends, and profitability drivers to support strategic decisions
• Partner with Finance to analyze intra-group pricing performance and flag margin risk or upside opportunities
• Support intra-group price-setting decisions for new products in collaboration with Product Management
• Work collaboratively with Finance, Product Management, Marketing Operations and brands to enable smooth intra-group pricing and tender execution
• Act as a subject-matter expert on pricing for key commercial initiatives, including segmentation, service revenue growth and commercial optimization
You approach pricing and tender management with structure, a humble attitude, and solid analytical skills
To succeed in the role as Senior Pricing & Tender Specialist, your ability to bring a strong analytical and pricing focused toolbox is just as important as balancing ambition with a humble attitude toward people, processes, and governance. Building strong relationships across brands, markets, and functions will enable you to elevate pricing and tender excellence across Diagnostics.
We imagine that you have:
• 5+ years of experience in pricing, tender management, commercial excellence, finance or business analytics
• Experience working in global or matrix organizations preferred; previous exposure to Medtech, diagnostics or healthcare is an advantage
• Demonstrated ability to balance commercial opportunity with profitability discipline
• Strong analytical and financial modeling skills, with proficiency in pricing concepts and margin drivers
• Excellent stakeholder-management skills across seniority levels and functions
• Ability to create structure and clarity in complex decision environments
• Strong communication and presentation skills, including board-style decision material
