Lead the development of category strategies that align with Hearing Care’s key priorities 
Demant Indirect Procurement is growing. As part of our strategic ambition to streamline our supplier base, enhance governance, and boost value creation across Hearing Care, we are expanding our Indirect Procurement team. We are now seeking dedicated Senior Category Managers to take ownership of key categories and markets within our Hearing Care business, specifically EU markets as well as Consumables and Services.

In this position, you will be responsible for shaping and implementing strategic category plans across our European markets as well as within Consumables and Services—areas that significantly influence Hearing Care’s business performance, innovation efforts, and overall employee experience.

You responsibilities will include:

• Drive the category strategy roadmap across all responsible areas.
• Support Hearing Care-wide efforts to streamline, consolidate, and optimize our supplier landscape.
• Ensure transparency, compliance, and strategic alignment across key stakeholders.
• Conduct category analyses, market screenings, e-sourcing activities, and competitive tenders.
• Lead negotiations and support commercial decision-making.
• Identify opportunities for standardization and improved supplier performance.

You’ll be joining a team of soon 15 colleagues based in Denmark, Poland and US. What characterizes us as a team is our knowledge sharing, professional sparring, and our support to each other. We are a part of Global Procurement in Global Supply Chain with colleagues based around the world.

This position is based in either our HQ in Smørum just outside Copenhagen or in our Stettin office in Poland.

Strategic, data‑driven category leader
We imagine that you have a commercial or technical university degree. If you have gained your knowledge and experience in a different way, that is equally relevant.

You have already gathered some years of experience in procurement and category management, but you are still eager to grow and expand your expertise.

We are also looking for:

• sharp analytical thinking and a proactive drive for improvement.
• skills at engaging and collaborating with stakeholders at all levels.
