Join a global hearing healthcare organization
You will join a main supplier of premium diagnostic audiological equipment used every day in hearing clinics and hospitals around the world. We are looking for mechanical engineers who will take responsibility for design changes related to our mechanical design.
The position is either in Middelfart (DK) or at our production facility in Rosówek (PL).

Our mission is to ensure continued customer satisfaction by maintaining high product quality throughout the entire lifecycle – after the product has been launched.

 

Where your engineering skills make a real-world difference
As a Mechanical Engineer in the InMarket Product Support team, you will play a critical role in maintaining and improving products that are already released for sale. Your work ensures continued customer satisfaction and compliance with regulatory standards, while enabling R&D to focus on new product development


Main tasks & responsibilities
•    Conduct root-cause analyses for mechanical issues in released products.
•    Perform impact assessments and implement design changes related to mechanical components.
•    Execute testing and verification of mechanical modifications.
•    Conduct Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPAs) related to mechanical design.
•    Collaborate cross-functionally with Quality & Regulatory, Supply Chain, and other engineering disciplines inside/outside the team.
•    Support all legal manufacturers operating under the Diagnostics Manufacturer Quality Management System.
•    Focus on mechanical aspects of design changes and CAPA investigations.
•    Collaborate with the Change Control Project Lead to manage interfaces with other teams (e.g. firmware and software teams).



A mechanical engineer with a focus on concept and quality
You will design changes to mechanical solutions that meet complex technical requirements while driving more efficient solutions using advanced technologies. As part of a cross-functional agile team, you will collaborate closely with colleagues across multiple engineering disciplines, as well as Quality and Operations. Together with other parts of the organization, your work will have a direct and tangible impact on product reliability and the overall user experience.


You are a mechanical engineer with solid basic skills
We imagine that you:
•    Hold a bachelor’s or master’s degree in mechanical engineering or related field.
•    Having experience in medical device development or support is highly desirable.
•    Are proficient in mechanical design tools (Diagnostics use SolidWorks) and testing methodologies.
•    Having experience with plastic injection molding is an advantage
•    Possess effective problem-solver and analytical skills.
•    Ability to work in a cross-functional team and manage multiple priorities.
•    Fluent in English written/verbal
