Support leadership and engagement across Retail globally

In this role, you’ll be part of Demant’s Global Leadership Academy — a motivated Global team of 4 Leadership Development Partners and a team of Global Leadership Trainers shaping how leadership is lived across our organization

Your main focus will be on Retail, one of our key Business Units with over 10,000 colleagues in 26 countries, where you will support leadership capability, engagement development, and cross-market collaboration

You’ll act as a trusted advisor to Retail leadership teams and work closely with the Global HR Business Partner for Retail, ensuring our global leadership initiatives are translated into local action and meaningful development opportunities for Retail leaders around the world. 

Your main responsibilities

  • Facilitate engaging virtual leadership sessions and global workshops within our Global Leadership Compass framework. 
  • Support HQ & Country Senior Leadership Teams in developing engagement and growth opportunities for leaders and teams through workshops and local support. 
  • Deliver coaching and development sessions (1:1 and group) to improve emotional intelligence, communication, and professionalism
  • Enable cultural collaboration, promoting belonging and shared leadership standards across regions and markets
  • Lead and support change initiatives, align leadership actions and team development with business strategy. 
  • Use digital learning tools and platforms to create impactful and scalable leadership experiences. 
  • Collaborate closely with Global HRBPs, Leadership Partners, and Business Area leaders to ensure consistency and impact across the global organization.
