You will play a key role in empowering hearing care professionals worldwide. By creating inspiring and effective training solutions, you will enable our local wholesale organisations to deliver high‑quality training on Oticon, Bernafon, and Philips hearing solutions. Using your audiological and technological insight, alongside your creativity, you’ll bring our products to life through engaging presentations, videos, and e‑learning modules, helping hearing care professionals confidently explain and recommend our solutions to their clients.
What you’ll be doing
Become a part of the Global Training team
As International Trainer, you will be part of the Commercial Product Training team within Global Training consisting of twenty-two dedicated colleagues. The team has an important role in advancing our business by delivering high-quality training that ensures our Demant organizations globally maintain a high knowledge with regards to products, technologies, audiology and fitting solutions.
The Global Training team consists of a diverse group of highly skilled colleagues who come from all over the world. Creating and delivering high quality training materials and experiences is what we do, but how we do it is through collaboration, knowledge sharing, fun and friendship.

Are you a tech proficient educational content creator?
You are motivated by using your knowledge and creativity to guide and train others. Moreover, you thrive when you navigate in a complex and international set up with many and very diverse stakeholders.
You have an educational background within Audiology or Hearing Sciences and experience within the hearing aid industry or medical device industry.

In this role, you’ll use your strong written and verbal communication skills to turn complex information into clear, impactful messages tailored to your audience. You enjoy engaging others through confident presentations, including to larger audiences, and feel comfortable communicating in English, which is our working language.
You should expect approx. 20 days travel per year
This full-time position is based at the Demant Head Office in Smørum, Denmark, and applicants outside of Denmark should be willing to relocate for the role.
