Join a global hearing healthcare organization
You will join a main supplier of premium diagnostic audiological equipment used every day in hearing clinics and hospitals around the world. We are looking for electronic engineers who will take responsibility for design changes related to our mechanical design.
The position is either in Middelfart (DK) or at our production facility in Rosówek (PL).

This is a unique opportunity to become part of a newly established, cross-functional team responsible for supporting products that have already been released into the market. Our mission is to ensure continued customer satisfaction by maintaining high product quality throughout the entire lifecycle – after the product has been launched.
Where your engineering skills make a real-world difference
As an Electronic Engineer in the InMarket Product Support team, you will play a critical role in maintaining and improving products that are already released for sale. Your work ensures continued customer satisfaction and compliance with regulatory standards, while enabling R&D to focus on new product development.
Main tasks & responsibilities
• Conduct root-cause analyses for electronic issues in released products.
• Perform impact assessments and implement design changes related to electronic circuits and components.
• Execute testing and verification of electrical modifications.
• Conduct Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPAs) related to electronics and focus on electronics aspects of design changes and CAPA investigations.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Quality & Regulatory, Supply Chain, and other engineering disciplines inside/outside the team.
• Support all legal manufacturers operating under the Diagnostics Manufacturer Quality Management System.
• Collaborate with the Change Control Project Lead to manage interfaces with other teams (e.g. firmware and software teams).
An agile developer of electronics for global impact
You will design changes to electronics platforms that meet complex technical requirements while pushing for more compact solutions with advanced technologies. As part of a cross-functional agile team, you will collaborate closely with colleagues across multiple engineering disciplines, as well as Quality and Operations. Together with other parts of the organization, your work will have a direct and concrete effect on both product quality and the user experience.
You are an electronic engineer with solid skills
We imagine that you:
• Hold a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Electrical / Electronic Engineering or related field.
• Have experience from companies that develop and manufacture complex electronics – development of medical devices or support of these is highly desirable.
• Are proficient in circuit design, testing tools, and troubleshooting methodologies.
• Have a solid understanding of embedded software (Firmware)
• Possess effective problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to work in a cross-functional team and manage multiple priorities.
• Fluent in English written/verbal
