Job Description

As a Solution Architect in Supply Chain & Network Operations, you will play a key role in leading the technical delivery of supply chain planning transformations for industry-leading clients. You will solve complex planning challenges alongside an experienced team, focusing on system architecture, configuration, and integration. Your work will involve a variety of advanced planning technologies, including SAP Integrated Business Planning (IBP), Kinaxis Maestro/RapidResponse, and other leading supply chain planning tools and platforms.

In this role, you will make an impact by:

• Design and deliver technology-enabled transformation projects in supply chain planning.
• Collaborating closely with client stakeholders and team members to understand technical requirements and design scalable solutions.
• Leverage your technical expertise to configure and implement supply chain planning systems.
• Contribute your knowledge and experience to our global talent network.

Qualifications

We value diverse educational backgrounds and experiences. This role is particularly suited for candidates with a master’s degree or equivalent and 5+ years of experience in advanced planning system implementation, supply chain management, or consulting, with a strong technical orientation.

What you bring to the team:

• Proven technical experience in supply chain planning system architecture, configuration, or implementation.
• Experience with Kinaxis Maestro/RapidResponse or SAP Integrated Business Planning (IBP) is a nice to have, but not mandatory. Candidates with similar technical experience in other advanced planning systems are encouraged to apply.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to address complex technological and business challenges.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Experience managing system implementation projects or workstreams and leading project teams.
• Solid understanding of supply chain management best practices.
• Research skills to analyse client needs, industry trends, and emerging technologies.
