  • Synthesizing insights and developing strategic communication: Conduct quantitative and qualitative analyses and translate into actionable insights and clear communication, to support strategic decision-making.
  • Supporting the Nordic annual cycle: Prepare and coordinate monthly executive meetings, including agenda development, materials preparation, and follow-up actions.
  • Transformation execution reporting: Develop and maintain regular reporting on our transformation roadmap, ensuring leadership has visibility into key metrics, milestones, and risks across our transformation agenda.
  • Orchestrating cross-functional collaboration: Facilitate stakeholder conversations across senior leadership, business units, and functions to maintain momentum on strategic initiatives.

We have a culture based on trust and value curiosity, a continuous willingness to learn and a collaborative spirit.

Experience & Background: 1-3 years in strategy, transformation, or management consulting, with proven success in complex, multi-stakeholder projects and hands-on strategy execution or transformation management. Skilled at navigating both formal structures and informal dynamics to deliver results.

Strategic Thinking & Business Acumen: Passionate about business strategy and transformation, able to link tactical actions to strategic goals, operate in ambiguity, and translate strategy into clear, actionable plans.

Analytical Skills: Strong quantitative and qualitative analysis capabilities, comfortable with data to generate clear, actionable insights.

Project Management: Independent, organised, detail-oriented, able to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality results on time.

Stakeholder Management & Influence: Excellent interpersonal skills to align senior leaders across functions and regions through credibility and clarity, building strong relationships and understanding stakeholder motivations.

Communication: Clear, precise communicator who tailors messages for executive audiences, simplifying complex information into compelling narratives.

Task Management & Adaptability: Thrives in fast-paced environments, handles multiple tasks under pressure, and adapts quickly to changing circumstances.
