As an OMP Solution Architect in Supply Chain & Network Operations you will have the opportunity to lead the design and delivery of advanced supply chain planning solutions, addressing complex challenges for industry-leading clients in collaboration with a skilled and experienced team.

Your role may include:

• Serve as subject matter expert and escalation point for OMP business and data requirements, ensuring alignment with client objectives and industry best practices.
• Conduct detailed discovery sessions with end users to gather and document supply chain software requirements, translating functional needs into technical specifications.
• Lead OMP solution architecture and design, including configuration of standard and advanced functionalities, and development of new features to address complex business challenges.
• Support project and client management with scope definition, effort estimation, and execution of signoffs, while guiding and coaching configuration consultants throughout the project.
• Oversee data management activities, including data collection, transformation, validation, and integration from multiple sources to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Drive quality assurance through testing, troubleshooting, and resolution of solution issues, while assessing project performance and ensuring adherence to OMP methodologies and standards.

Qualifications

Who are we looking for?

We celebrate diversity. Your educational background can be as unique as your skills and experiences; however, we expect this position to be highly relevant for people holding a master’s degree or equivalent with experience in supply chain management, system implementation, and/or consulting.

You should embody:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in implementation & configuration of OMP modules, such as SOP, DP and OPR
• Certified as a OMP Solution Architect or has completed all requirements for OMP Solution Architect certification (e.g., Tier 1, 2, 3 for OPR, SOP or DP)
• In-depth technical knowledge of OMP Data & Application Architecture and Features (incl. interfacing and new Release planning).
• Outstanding analytical skills coupled with the ability to tackle complex technological and business challenges.
• Strong written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
• Experience managing system implementation projects or workstreams and leading project-based team members.
• Solid knowledge of best practices within supply chain management.
• Research skills to analyse client inquiries, industry practices, and new technologies.
• Flexibility and willingness to travel and meet client needs.
