About the team

Our newly founded Strategy & M&A Advisory team unites deep strategic insight with hands-on deal execution. We advise senior executives and investors on their most critical challenges – from corporate strategy and operating model design to M&A strategy, due diligence, and post-merger integration.

The team consists of ~90 consultants based in Copenhagen and Aarhus, working in diverse teams with an entrepreneurial spirit, backed by Deloitte’s global network and deep subject-matter expertise.

Job Description

As a Management Consultant in Strategy & M&A Advisory, you will work on high-impact strategy projects in collaboration with senior stakeholders to design and implement strategies that drive growth, enable transformation, and unlock deal value.

You will contribute to projects such as:

  • Growth Strategy: Defining strategic priorities to drive future revenue streams.
  • Commercial Excellence: Enhancing go-to-market strategies, pricing, and customer engagement.
  • Operating Model Transformation: Build structures and processes that enable strategy execution and scalability.
  • Cost & Performance Optimization: Identify and deliver measurable performance through cost and cashflow improvements.
  • M&A Strategy: Support clients and investors in defining M&A strategy and identifying value creation levers.
  • Due Diligence: Conduct commercial, operational, or technology assessments of acquisition targets.
  • Carve-out & Integration: Help clients manage complex transformations and deliver synergies post-deal.

Qualifications

Who are we looking for?

We’re looking for candidates with:

  • A master’s degree in business, economics, engineering, finance, or a related field (recent graduate or final-year student)
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in English.
  • Curiosity, proactivity, and a structured mindset
  • Flexibility to travel based on client needs.
