360 Develop – Centre for Lifelong Learning is Deloitte Denmark's central learning department and responsible for ensuring continuous training for our employees.

We are looking for a passionate and experienced Leadership and Learning professional to be responsible for our leadership programme portfolio and collaborate closely with the business to embed core learning elements and ensure programmes are aligned with business needs.

360 Develop – Centre for Lifelong Learning consists of two teams that are working closely together to ensure a professional, coherent and 360-degree learning experience:

  • Development & Delivery: responsible for developing and delivering high-quality learning content.
  • Learning Administration: responsible for planning and supporting execution of learning activities. 

 

Job Description

You will be responsible for developing and facilitating Deloitte’s central leadership programme portfolio, ensuring our leaders at all levels are equipped to inspire, perform, and grow. In addition, the role involves providing learning advisory support to various stakeholders. This position requires close collaboration across the business—partnering with key stakeholders to identify needs, align priorities, and translate strategy into impactful and coherent learning initiatives.

In this role, you will make an impact by:

  • Acting as the firm’s responsible for leadership training and development in Deloitte Denmark, maintaining a close link between central learning initiatives and business needs.
  • Developing Deloitte Denmark’s leadership programme portfolio across levels and functions
  • Facilitating and co-facilitating selected programmes and workshops, including both leadership and other learning areas.
  • Partnering with business stakeholders, HR, and learning colleagues to ensure programmes address current and future leadership priorities.
  • Using feedback, data, and insights to continuously improve programme design, content, and delivery.
  • Staying current on leadership and learning trends to continuously strengthen the leadership programme portfolio, while ensuring high quality and driving continuous improvement.

 

Qualifications

We are looking for a candidate with:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience as a learning expert.
  • Experience within leadership development and learning design.
  • Relevant educational background, such as a degree in Human Resources, Organisational Psychology, Education, Business, or a related field.
  • Facilitation skills and the ability to engage and inspire diverse audiences.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across functions and seniority levels.
  • A structured and analytical mindset with focus on quality and impact.
  • Curiosity, proactivity, and passion for learning and development.
  • Willingness to focus on continuous improvement of learning quality and delivery.
