Job Description

We are seeking a proactive and experienced Digital Engagement and Social Media expert to lead our social media efforts as part of our digital experience strategy. This role involves strategic, tactical, and operational aspects of our digital marketing efforts. You will also facilitate workshops on social media best practices and advise on target groups, ad formats, and efficient budget planning.

You will be based at our Copenhagen office and will report directly to the Head of Marketing.

In this role, you will make an impact by:

  • Leading and refining a solid corporate digital experience and social media strategy
  • Combining creative content, brand identity, goal setting, tracking, data analysis, and storytelling
  • Understanding social media algorithms to maximise content reach
  • Balancing multiple projects and campaigns simultaneously
  • Enhancing our digital presence across various channels

Qualifications

We are looking for a candidate with:

  • 3-5 years of experience from a similar function
  • A proven track record and extensive experience from a marketing agency or as a social media marketer in B2B
  • Expertise in executing effective campaigns and across digital channels with an innovative mindset and not afraid to challenge the status quo
  • Outstanding project management skills to handle multiple agendas and campaigns
  • Ability to deliver and create strong guidance on organic social media strategies
  • A natural flair for communicating with stakeholders across our entire organisation from entry level to senior leadership
