About the team
The Nordic Debt & Capital Advisory (DCA) team, an integral part of Deloitte's Corporate Finance Advisory practice, advises private equity funds, private equity-backed businesses, and private & listed corporates across the full spectrum of debt financing situations.
In this role, you will work across a broad range of industries, situations, and financing types on structuring and sourcing financing from banks, private credit funds, capital markets, and alternative credit investors. You will help manage the transaction process, support in client communication, be responsible for the preparation of information packs, management presentations, and financial & commercial analysis.
You will embark on a steep learning curve with a high degree of flexibility, working at the intersection of finance and strategy. You will gain first-hand insight into M&A transactions, growth journeys, and turnaround cases, developing a deep understanding of the challenges and opportunities that shape businesses.
