On 14-15 April 2026, we invite ambitious soon-to-be or recent Graduates to Deloitte’s Talent Discovery Days - your opportunity to get to know the different career paths and work with cases in Deloitte Technology & Transformation leading to a potential position in one of our offerings.
Technology & Transformation
In Deloitte Denmark, our Technology & Transformation teams work with the intersection of business and technology to help organizations navigate change and turn technology into practical, impactful solutions.
You will join a collaborative environment with ambitious colleagues, where learning, development, and teamwork are key – and where you get the opportunity to grow both professionally and personally.
What can you expect?
During the Talent Discovery Days, not two moments will be alike. You will collaborate with peers on case challenges, meet our consultants, and explore the different opportunities within Technology & Transformation. Among other things you will:
Work on case exercises and tackle real-life client challenges with peers
Meet our consultants and hear their career stories first-hand
Explore our tech teams and discover where your skills and interests fit in
Get the chance to move forward: based on the days, selected participants will be invited to individual interviews with the possibility of a job offer in the following period
Please note: Discovery Day takes place over two full days, and participants are expected to be able to attend both days. In addition, selected participants must be available for potential follow-up calls after both day 1 and day 2 as part of the assessment process.

AI & Data
In AI & Data, we help organizations solve their complex challenges by turning data into a strategic asset. This means you'll be hands-on with projects that span the entire data journey – from shaping AI strategy and building modern data platforms to developing and implementing agentic and generative AI, machine learning, analytics and automation solutions. You will collaborate with a team of advisors and deep-tech specialists to deliver tangible results for clients across all industries. We practice what we preach, applying AI-powered tools in our own work to enhance quality and accelerate delivery.
We are looking for curious and ambitious problem-solvers with a genuine interest in the connection between data, technology, and business. You don't need to be an expert yet, but an understanding of data engineering, data science, or AI concepts is essential, along with a strong desire to learn and grow.
Engineering
In Engineering, we build and modernize business-critical IT systems across Denmark. We work hands-on across the full software development lifecycle, delivering both new custom solutions and modernization of existing systems through refactoring, architectural improvements, and platform migrations. We are also frontrunners in applying state-of-the-art AI-assisted development and analysis tools to improve code quality, productivity, and decision-making in our engineering work.
As a junior, you'll write production-grade code in real client environments, contribute to solution design, and work alongside experienced colleagues across the full software development lifecycle.
We're looking for Computer Science or IT graduates with strong object-oriented programming skills in C# or Java and a solid foundation in software design. You should be curious about complex systems, motivated to combine technical excellence with client interaction, and ready to make a direct impact on system architecture and design decisions.
ServiceNow
We combine consulting with hands-on implementation of ServiceNow solutions to help organizations streamline and future-proof their operations. Our work spans process automation, performance tracking, and digital workflow optimization across functions such as IT, HR, Finance, Risk and Compliance.
We are looking for curious and motivated candidates who thrive at the intersection of business and technology. You may lean more towards technical development or towards project and process work, but you should be interested in understanding how digital solutions support business outcomes.
You are not expected to have ServiceNow expertise before joining - competencies will be developed through training and project experience. What matters most is your ability to think abstractly and translate ideas into tangible solutions. For example, you should be able to interpret a written process description and visualize or structure it into a clear process flow.
Customer
At Deloitte Digital, we help organizations transform their front-office by designing and implementing CRM solutions across sales, marketing, and service. We are looking for talented colleagues who understand how technology supports customer-facing processes and are eager to work hands-on with CRM platforms.
The ideal candidate thrives at the intersection of business and technology, can translate client requirements into practical solutions and is motivated to develop both functional expertise and technical skills in a dynamic, team-oriented environment.
OIDS FS
OI&DS Financial Services works with advisory and execution of digital and technology-enabled transformations across the financial sector. We support our clients throughout the full transformation lifecycle - from defining future vision and operating models to driving implementation and organizational change. In practice, this involves helping financial institutions transition from current ways of working to new, technology-enabled operating models.
We are looking for curious and analytical candidates with an interest in the intersection between business operating models and technology. Ideal candidates are motivated by understanding how organizations work, enjoy solving complex problems and are comfortable collaborating and communicating with stakeholders across different functions and backgrounds.
Key competencies include the ability to understand technology and work with abstract operating model concepts in a business context, as well as a strong motivation to learn about and contribute to technology-enabled transformation.
