You will join Deloitte’s evolving HR Strategy & Technology (HRST) practice, where we are seeking a Manager or Senior Manager (level to be assessed based on experience and profile) to lead and expand our payroll advisory services. This role goes beyond delivery — it involves building a practice, developing talent, and creating market-leading solutions that address the changing payroll landscape.
You will collaborate with high-performing colleagues in a dynamic, fast-growing team and work with clients across Denmark, the Nordics, and globally. This is a unique opportunity to combine deep payroll expertise, strategic consulting, and entrepreneurial leadership to create lasting impact for both clients and Deloitte.
Success in this role requires a thorough understanding of payroll advisory, strong leadership in project execution, and the ability to build long-term client relationships based on trust and value creation. By delivering impactful solutions and driving meaningful business outcomes, you will help position Deloitte as the premier partner for payroll transformation.
