Your Tasks:

• Developing innovative chemical concepts and strategies for novel adhesive properties in the application-oriented field
• Translating technical property profiles into chemical structures of raw materials
• Development of new adhesives, especially for semiconductor packaging applications
• Leading of own working groups

Your Skills:

• Successful completion of chemistry studies with possible subsequent doctoral degree
• Deep knowledge in the field of organic and macromolecular chemistry
• An excellent technical grasp
• Communication skills, creativity and personal responsibility
• Has at least 10 years of experience in adhesive development in the field of Flow Underfill and DieAttach
• Has deep knowledge in Semicon packaging area and their processes
• Knows the chemical requirements from the Semicon area
• Excellent hold over English
