Join us as our Product Owner at Dedalus, one of the World’s leading healthcare technology companies, in Denmark to do the best work of your career and make a profound impact in providing better care for a healthier planet.
We are looking for a Product Owner who can take ownership of a product area and ensure progress, quality, and clear direction within a Scrum team. You will be the key link between users, business stakeholders, and the development team: translating needs into initiatives, prioritizing the backlog, and ensuring the team is building the right things—at the right pace.
You thrive in an environment where you balance day-to-day deliveries while keeping a steady focus on the long-term product vision.
You will:
Own and drive the product backlog: prioritization, structure, maintenance, and continuous refinement.
Ensure clear user stories and acceptance criteria, enabling the team to deliver with high quality and fewer late-stage clarifications.
Facilitate refinement and ongoing clarifications with the development team, UX, QA, and relevant stakeholders.
Actively participate in Scrum ceremonies: sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives (in close collaboration with the Scrum Master).
Support a healthy delivery cadence by working with goals, scope, risks, and dependencies.
Gather and translate input from customers, support/operations, and internal stakeholders into prioritized initiatives.
Strengthen product ways of working through data, feedback, and continuous learning (discovery/validation when relevant).
Take the next step towards your dream career
Experience as a Product Owner (or a closely related role) in a Scrum setup.
Solid understanding of software development and cross-functional teamwork.
Ability to write clear requirements/user stories and make complex topics easy to act on.
Strong collaboration and communication skills—you create alignment without over-controlling.
Experience with stakeholder management and the ability to prioritize under pressure.
A plus if you’ve worked with B2B/SaaS, compliance-heavy domains, or mission-critical solutions (not required).
