Danfoss Climate Solutions generates more than €3 billion in annual sales, with 92% already transacted digitally. We’re now taking the next step — strengthening and enabling our digital sales ecosystem with a strong focus on our wholesale partners.
As Director of Digital Sales & Wholesale eCommerce Enablement, you will set the strategic direction and drive execution across our digital sales channels. This is a unique opportunity to combine strategic leadership with hands-on enablement — empowering both internal teams and external partners to succeed in a fast-evolving digital landscape.
In this role, you will be at the forefront of driving digital growth and transformation within Danfoss Climate Solutions. You will
Develop and implement the digital sales strategy across wholesale, eCommerce, EDI, autonomous commerce (AI), and Amazon.
Enable and support wholesale partners to strengthen their eCommerce capabilities — making it easier, faster, and more valuable to do business with Danfoss.
Lead and inspire an international team of digital specialists focused on online acquisition, conversion, and customer experience.
Drive performance on eCommerce platforms and Amazon, ensuring product visibility, conversion optimization, and commercial impact.
Collaborate across a global matrix — aligning with sales, marketing, IT, and product teams to ensure unified and excellent execution.
Own and continuously improve key digital tools and platforms such as the Climate Solutions Product Store, Design Center, EDI infrastructure, Autonomous Commerce solutions, selectors, and partner interfaces.
Translate business objectives into measurable outcomes and continuously enhance performance through data-driven insights.
We’re seeking a leader who can combine strategic vision with operational execution. You bring:
Proven experience in digital sales and eCommerce, ideally within a B2B or wholesale-driven environment.
A strong track record in enabling and elevating digital partner ecosystems.
Experience leading international teams in a matrix organization and navigating multiple stakeholders.
Deep understanding of customer journeys and digital commerce best practices (CRO, UX, analytics).
Strong commercial acumen and ability to make data-driven decisions that improve performance.
Excellent communication and influencing skills, with the ability to engage both teams and senior stakeholders.
Fluent English skills, both written and spoken.
