What You’ll Be Doing

 

  • Managing customers through their journey, from inquiry to resolution, making sure they feel supported at every step. 
  • Maintaining close communication with customers via phone and email to understand their needs and expectations and professional way.
  • Investigate and solve logistic challenges and complaints, helping customers find practical solutions in a timely manner.
  • Work closely with colleagues across teams to make sure requests are handled smoothly.
  • Fulfilling job responsibilities aligned with given KPIs and spot opportunities to improve processes while keeping service levels high.

What We're Looking For

 

  • Customer-focused mindset, with a natural ability to connect with people and build relationships. 
  • Comfortable with technology and IT tools, such as SAP or Salesforce. 
  • Able to handle multiple tasks effectively and keep attention to detail under pressure. 
  • Solution-oriented and motivated to improve processes and contribute to team success, working towards shared objectives that benefit the entire organization. 
  • Positive, eager to learn and develop in a collaborative and supportive environment.
