Danfoss Fire Safety is looking for an experienced Quality Engineer. You will be responsible for handling incoming customer claims, registration, remedial actions, root cause analyzes, corrective action implementation and initiate preventive actions. The job will include daily management of customer claims in the Quality department, support with remedial actions towards the customer, and claim NCR registration and monthly statistical customer claim reporting to QEHS Manager.
