Radiometer is launching a strategic business program, called DARWIN, to replace current ways of working and outdated business applications with new globally aligned processes, policies, and data as well as introduction a new modern application landscape with two critical components; Microsoft Dynamics 365FO and PROS Configure Price Quote. Over the course of 2024 we have onboarded 15 new Radiometer associates, as well as partnered up with best-in-class partners, to deliver on an ambitious program roadmap.

We are looking for a Functional Consultant with a primary focus on Finance. The Functional Consultant in Radiometer is responsible for ensuring that the standard Radiometer processes within a specific area are supported in the best possible way and rolled out to all our 30+ Sales sites across the globe. The primary application for this role is Microsoft Dynamics 365FO.

This position is part of the DARWIN program with an onsite location in Brønshøj. You will be a part of a team reporting to the Program Director.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

• Be part of the team creating, maintaining and keeping the new global Radiometer Business System Platform relevant, centred around Microsoft Dynamics 365FO and PROS Configure Price Quote.

• Work closely together with the Business Process Manager, business stakeholders and other Functional Consultants for Customer Service on understanding the business processes and functional requirements.

• Work closely together with the Functional Solution Architect and the other Functional Consultants on designing the best possible solutions to support business requirements.

• Be empowered to drive and manage the deliveries within the Customer Service functional track across change requests, bugs, testing, project work, and 3rd level support.

• Own the continuous improvement pipeline for the Finance area as part of the global continuous improvements team working closely together with the Implementation teams and the Sales Sites already on the DARWIN platform.

The essential requirements of the job include:

• A bachelor’s degree or higher.

• 3+ years as Functional Consultant or equivalent working with Microsoft Dynamics 365FO focusing on Finance processes and functionality.

• 2+ years of experience working in global enterprise programs implementing Microsoft Dynamics 365FO.

• 1+ years of experience working with roles and segregation of duties

• 1+ years of experience working with Sarbanes-Oxley compliance

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

• Working with ERP systems within a regulated industry and are familiar with GxP.

• Working in an operational finance department as e.g. a financial controller or similar

• Been part of a template build team or Continuous Improvement team in a global organisation.

• Working with Billing Schedule functionality, preferably the ISV from Binary Stream.

• Working with EDI, preferably the ISV Connectivity Studio from Steadean/To-Increase.
