About the Role:
As Senior Manager, Total Rewards, you’ll play a key role in delivering compensation, benefits, immigration, and mobility programs that support our people and our mission. Based in Copenhagen, Denmark (Bronshoj), this on-site position reports to the Senior Director, Total Rewards and Wellbeing EMEA and is part of our dynamic Danaher Diagnostics team.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to:
Lead and coordinate mobility and immigration: Take ownership of immigration and relocation programs, including commuter arrangements, EEA processes, work permits, and related reward elements. You’ll ensure accurate tax allocation, equal pay calculations, and seamless coordination with payroll teams and local authorities. If you have a background in mobility or immigration and are looking to broaden your expertise in Total Rewards, this is a fantastic opportunity.
Deliver total rewards programs: Manage annual compensation cycles, harmonize grades and levels, and collaborate with Total Rewards Partners to deliver impactful reward solutions.
Enhance benefits and wellbeing: Contribute to the harmonization of benefits and wellbeing programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and wellness initiatives, working closely with our Corporate Benefits team.
Champion regional compliance and inclusion: Ensure all programs comply with CBAs, local laws, and regulations across EMEA, adapting strategies to meet evolving legislative requirements and cultural needs.
Support M&A integration: Play a vital role in integrating compensation and rewards programs for newly acquired companies, supporting due diligence and change management.
The essential requirements of the job include:
A university degree and at least 10 years of progressive experience in immigration, mobility, compensation, and benefits.
Expertise in designing and delivering innovative total rewards programs, including equity-based compensation and M&A integration.
Broad knowledge of EMEA benefits programs, health and retirement plans.
Strong understanding of regulatory requirements across EMEA, including compensation, benefits, immigration, mobility, and CBAs.
Experience with HR systems such as Workday.
