What We Need
Corpay is currently looking to hire a .NET Engineer within our Corpay One division. This position falls under our International Vehicle Payments line of business. In this role, you will collaborate with the Design, Test and Development teams to help deliver a high-performance culture that is aligned to both strategic and revenue generating initiatives, whilst delivering high-quality and scalable software solutions.
In this role, you will be reporting to the VP Principal Architect.
How We Work
As a .NET Engineer, you will be expected to work in a hybrid / full remote environment. Corpay will set you up for success by providing:

Role Responsibilities
• Investigate application issues within defined timelines
• Identify resolutions whilst ensuring the integrity of the software application
• Create detailed technical support documentation where required
• Provide support and guidance to users and colleagues
• To work closely with the Design, Test and Development teams to ensure we understand future functionality and deliver a consolidated solution
• To specify, develop and implement interfaces to support the core product
• To input into the production of detailed estimates of resource timings
• To be responsible for monitoring personal project performance against the plan and, where necessary, take appropriate corrective actions to ensure project goals are met
Qualifications & Skills
• 5+ years of professional experience in backend development using .NET / C#
• Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly
• Proactive mindset with a sense of ownership and accountability
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams
• Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality, reliable software
• Strong experience designing and building scalable systems
• Experience with cloud providers, including services such as AWS SQS, S3, SES
• Solid experience working with SQL databases
• Experience building and maintaining
• Strong understanding of asynchronous processing, messaging patterns, and event-driven design
• Familiarity with RESTful API design, versioning, and integration patterns
• Experience with automated testing
• Strong debugging, troubleshooting, and performance optimization skills
• Comfortable working across the full backend lifecycle from design through to production support
