What We Need 

Corpay is currently looking to hire a CS Delivery Manager on a permanent basis within our Corpay Complete division. This position falls under our Corporate Payments line of business and is based in our Copenhagen office. In this role you will focus on driving structure, process, and delivery excellence across the customer success journey. Own and continuously improve customer success processes, including workflows, handovers, customer journey mapping, and internal documentation. You will report into the Head of Customer Success and regularly collaborate with other teams within the division.

As a CS Delivery Manager you will be expected to work from our Copenhagen office. Corpay will set you up for success by providing:

Role Responsibilities 

  • Owning and continuously improve customer success processes, including workflows, handovers, customer journey mapping, and internal documentation.
  • Facilitating sprint planning and agile delivery within the Customer Success team, ensuring transparency, prioritization, and predictable execution of tasks and initiatives.

  • Leading cross-functional collaboration with Product, Sales, and Operations to streamline customer-facing initiatives such as feature rollouts, migrations, or process changes.

  • Monitoring operational performance using customer data and internal metrics to identify friction points and implement structured improvements.

  • Acting as a process coach within the Customer Success team - helping colleagues adopt structured ways of working, leverage tooling, and manage dependencies effectively.

Qualifications & Skills 

  • Previous experience within a customer service, operational or administration environment working within agreed service levels.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

  • Experience as a Customer Success Delivery Manager.

  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.

  • Ability to work collaboratively and effectively in a team environment.
