Do you want to join a global fund manager in energy infrastructure investments? If so, Copenhagen Infrastructure Partners (CIP) is the place for you. We are currently looking for a Product Specialist (Manager level) to join our Investor Relations & Business Development Team, based in our headquarters in Copenhagen.

As Manager in our Product Platform team, you will become a part of Investor Relations & Business Development (IRBD) in CIP. The IRBD team is responsible for all investor facing activities and business development from product and fund design, fundraising, onboarding and service of investors. The team is international, diverse, and consists of around 75 professionals from different backgrounds, including investment banking, management consulting, and law firms, based in 9 offices across Europe, North America, Asia, and Australia.

Role

As Manager in Product Platform, you will become a Product Specialist responsible for preparing CIP’s products/funds for fundraising including marketing collateral (e.g. pitch books, PPMs, etc.), engaging with investors throughout their due diligence process in close collaboration with the client coverage team, and project managing the fundraise process from start to end.

Responsibilities will consist of, but are not limited to:

  • Project manage fund launch processes (e.g. manage all relevant workstreams and engage stakeholders across investment teams, legal, tax, finance, ESG, etc.)
  • Develop key commercial documents (marketing collateral) for fundraising incl. the pitch book and PPM
  • Coordinate the investor due diligence process (e.g. answering DDQs/RFPs, lead DD meetings, etc.)
  • Project manage fundraise process from start to end incl. fundraise performance management reporting to senior leadership
  • Develop tailored material for key events (e.g. Annual Investor Meeting) and strategic investor meetings.
  • Work closely with Business Development on tailored solutions / structures for clients

You

We are looking for a motivated individual holding a relevant degree and minimum 5-6 years of full-time experience in a similar role within a financial institution for the institutional segment.
