Do you want to join a global leader in Private Equity and Renewable Energy Infrastructure investments? If so, Copenhagen Infrastructure Partners (CIP) is the place for you. We are currently looking for a motivated Investor Relations Events Coordinator to join our Investor Relations team, based in our headquarters in Copenhagen. This position is a fixed-term contract for 6 months.

Investor Relations

We are seeking a highly organized, execution-oriented professional to join our Investor Relations team, focused on the delivery of investor events across key global markets. This individual will play a central role in planning, managing, and executing a variety of investor-facing events, including investor days; investor roundtables, roadshows, and site-visits; and conference participation.

The role

As our new Investor Investor Relations Events Coordinator, you will be responsible for end-to-end coordination and project management, as well as acting as a central liaison across IR, investment teams, legal & compliance, corporate communications, and senior leadership.

This role can be remote for the right candidate.

Responsibilities will consist of, but are not limited to:

Event Planning & Delivery:

  • Governance & Execution Excellence of investor-facing events, including both CIP driven and third-party events
  • Develop and maintain robust planning timelines, workstreams, and status trackers for each event
  • Ensure consistent, high-quality investor experience across all touchpoints
  • Lead the internal event steering committee and working groups and ensure clear roles, ownership, and accountability

Stakeholder Management:

  • Engage with regional IR and distribution teams to ensure local relevance and alignment to investor priorities
  • Coordinate closely with the CIP events team on areas such as venues, logistics, contracts, production, AV and branding requirements

Investor Communications:

  • Oversee briefing packs, agendas, run-of-shows (with CIP events), speaker prep (with CIP events), and post-event follow-up communications
  • Maintain central documentation and playbooks for event execution, ensuring institutional memory and repeatable excellence in event execution
  • Monitor and report on event performance, engagement metrics, and post-event investor feedback


You

We are looking for an individual with experience from a similar role in events, who combines effective project management skills with sound judgement and a collaborative mindset. Experience within investment management and a deep understanding of investor expectations and institutional protocols will be an advantage.

Key qualifications include:

  • Skilled in managing complex, high-profile events for institutional audiences
  • Good understanding of institutional investor dynamics
  • Proficient project management and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders, deadlines, and priorities with grace and precision
  • Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills; executive presence
  • Collaborative and proactive, with a solutions-oriented mindset
  • High attention to detail and quality
