Do you want to join a global leader in renewable energy infrastructure? If so, CIP Fund Solutions (CIP FS) is looking for a Head of Tax Reporting to join our office in Copenhagen, Denmark.
Team
We are looking for an experienced and highly motivated Vice President to take on the role as Head of Reporting within our Tax team. You’ll join a team of 10 Tax Specialist, and this is a key leadership position with responsibility for tax reporting processes across a global investment platform.
You will get a key role in a highly professional and international tax function within a leading global investment platform and significant exposure to complex cross-border structures and investor environments.
In addition, you'll be entrusted with meaningful discretion over tax reporting design and execution, joining a collaborative, motivated, and informal team that values solid professional standards.
Role
As our new Head of Tax Reporting, you will be responsible for ensuring high quality, timely and compliant reporting across multiple tax areas. You will lead a small specialist team and work closely with our investors, internal stakeholders, external advisors, and our international offices.

To be considered for this role, you have a minimum of 10 years of relevant full-time experience from a leading law firm or Big Four firm, large corporation, investment fund, or similar environment. You have an educational background as State Authorized Public Accountant (or merc.aud.), Attorney-at-law (LL.M), or M.Sc. in Business Administration and Law.
Moreover, you possess a solid technical tax background combined with a clear process and systems mindset.
