Do you want to join a global leader in renewable energy infrastructure? If so, CIP Fund Solutions (CIP FS) is looking for a Group Finance Manager to join our office in Copenhagen, Denmark.  

Team

You will be a part of a team consisting of five skilled financial professionals and will support our financial strategy to align with CIP FS’ ambitious long-term goals.

You will engage with senior stakeholders to provide crucial financial insights across our platform companies and regions.

Role

Reporting to the VP of Global Controlling and Financial Reporting, you will manage the consolidation of the group’s financial statements and drive standardized reporting processes across our global teams in EMEA, the Americas, and APAC.

You will ensure high‑quality financial reporting, compliance with accounting standards, and provide timely, accurate insights to the business.

You will also ensure timely and high‑quality deliverables from our Global Capability Center (GCC), including clear instructions and oversight of reporting packages during the closing process.

Key responsibilities will consist of, but are not limited to

  • Coordinate and execute the group consolidation process, ensuring accuracy and compliance with DK GAAP.

  • Monthly controlling and analysis of accounts including P&L and BS flux analysis, intercompany review, etc.

  • Prepare and analyze consolidated financial statements and management reports.

  • Initiate improvements in reporting processes and financial controls.

  • Ensure that audit, statutory reporting and other related compliances are handled correctly and timely and in accordance with corporate guidelines for AMBA Group.

  • Owner of the group finance manual, CoAs, etc.

  • Collaborate with finance teams across the organization to ensure best practices in group reporting.

  • Oversight and controlling of GCC activities and point of contact for finance and corporate matters.

  • Manage the audit of the AMBA group and act as a contact for auditors and internal stakeholders.

You

You have an MSc in Economics or Finance and come with 4-7 years of full-time experience in audit, financial controlling, or consultancy from Big4.

Moreover, you have experience in consolidation and are motivated by building best practices, solving complex issues, and developing the finance function.

Experience with implementing consolidation tools is considered an advantage

We look for the following in a candidate

  • Comprehensive knowledge of Danish GAAP and consolidation principles

  • Structured approach, advanced analytical skills, and attention to detail

  • Effective time management skills

  • Ability to navigate in changing priorities and manage short deadlines

  • Solid communication skills and ability to collaborate across functions

  • Curious and self-driven / self-leading

  • Fluency in English, both verbal and writing and have great communication skills
