Do you want to join a global leader in renewable energy infrastructure investment? Then Copenhagen Infrastructure Partners (CIP) is the perfect place for you. We are currently looking for Analysts to join our Investor Relations & Business Development team at CIP’s HQ in Copenhagen.

Team

The Investor Relations & Business Development (IR & BD) team is responsible for all investor-facing activities and business development – from product and fund design to fundraising, onboarding, and servicing investors. The team is international and diverse, comprising about 75 professionals from backgrounds such as investment banking, management consulting, and law, based in nine offices across Europe, North America, Asia, and Australia.

There are various sub-teams in IR&BD, and we are looking for new colleagues to join these three:

The Product Platform team sits at the core of CIP’s commercial engine, driving the development, structure, and positioning of new and existing investment products. Working closely with fund strategy, investment teams, and senior leadership, the team translates market insights, investor needs, and CIP’s strategic direction into compelling, scalable product offerings.

The team plays an essential role across the full lifecycle of CIP’s funds — from shaping new product concepts to supporting launches and ensuring our platform evolves in step with global market demand. Their work underpins fundraising activities, market entry strategies, and engagement across the IR&BD organization.

The Business Development team focuses on expanding CIP’s commercial reach by identifying new opportunities with both existing and prospective investors. Working across geographies and fund strategies, the team drives capital formation initiatives, supports fundraising campaigns, and executes strategic engagement with institutional investors.

Their work includes market analysis, preparation of commercial fundraising materials, competitive positioning, and coordination of cross-functional strategic projects with ESG, investment teams, and financial planning. Together with the broader IR&BD function, they ensure CIP remains a trusted, forward leaning partner for investors navigating the global renewable energy landscape.

The Client Service team is dedicated to strengthening and maintaining long-term relationships with CIP’s global investor base. As the primary touchpoint for ongoing investor engagement, the team ensures that clients receive timely, accurate, and high-quality information throughout the entire investor journey.

Their scope spans preparation of investor materials, coordination of meetings and events, responses to investor requests, and collaboration with internal stakeholders to deliver seamless service. With IR&BD representing more than 60 professionals across multiple regions, Client Service plays a vital role in ensuring consistent communication and a first-class investor experience across all touchpoints.

Role

As an Analyst, your key work areas in Product Platform and Business Development teams will include:

  • Developing quantitative Excel models to support investor reporting and diligence requirements, e.g., calculation of investor exposure to CIP by analysing cash flows in current and potential future funds

  • Supporting creation of presentations for leadership and investor meetings

  • Selected projects in collaboration with internal stakeholders, e.g., legal, ESG, financial planning, investment teams, etc.

  • Ad hoc handling of various data and process requests

In Client Service team, your key work areas will include:

  • Monitoring and assisting on ongoing client queries related to their investments and financial reports
