Team

Accounting team sits at the heart of the organization's financial engine. It is a group of detail‑driven, forward‑thinking professionals who take pride in translating complex financial activity into clear, reliable insights that support CIP’s global growth. Our work spans everything from day‑to‑day bookkeeping and reporting to implementing process improvements and supporting strategic decision‑making across the business.

We collaborate closely with colleagues across Finance, Operations, and senior leadership, ensuring that CIP’s financial foundation is strong, transparent, and ready for the future. You’ll join a team that values precision, curiosity, and continuous learning—where questions are encouraged, ideas are welcomed, and everyone contributes to building a best‑in‑class finance function.

Role

As Analyst you will have the exciting opportunity to put your analytical skills into practice and work together with highly skilled and experienced professionals, while contributing to CIP’s successful fund management.

Together with your colleagues, you will be helping carry out accounting and finance-related activities for the company. Your key tasks will focus around Expense Management, Accounts Payable, Month-End closing tasks.

Responsibilities will consist of, but are not limited to:

  • Bookkeeping / Reconciliations / Controlling activities
  • Financial reporting
  • Various types of accounting analyses using Excel and PowerPoint to support decision making
  • Ad hoc tasks

The position is part-time (20 hours per week) and based in CIP’s office at Gdanskgade 18, 2150 Nordhavn, Copenhagen.

You

We are looking for a candidate in the last year of a Bachelor’s Degree planning to pursue a relevant Master’s Degree, for example Economics and Business Administration / Cand. Merc. However, students in the 1st year of a relevant Master’s Degree are also welcome to apply.

We look for the following in a candidate:

  • Top academic performer with solid analytical skills
  • Very good understanding of Management Accounting practices
  • Thriving on taking responsibility and displaying high attention to details
  • Ability to work collaboratively
  • Written and spoken English language skills on a professional level
  • Prior experience or knowledge of the ERP system Business Central (or similar) is beneficial
  • The candidate is expected to be fluent in English and is an experienced Microsoft Office user (advanced knowledge in Excel is considered beneficial).
