Do you want to join a global leader in Private Equity and Renewable Energy Infrastructure investments? If so, Copenhagen Infrastructure Partners (CIP) is the place for you. We are currently looking for a motivated Analyst to join our Reporting & Forecasting Team in CIP Finance, based in our headquarters in Copenhagen.

Team

Reporting & Forecasting plays a central role in CIP’s financial steering. We deliver financial performance reporting, forecasting, and financial simulations that support decision processes across the organization.

Key stakeholders include CIP BOD, Executive Management, and other senior stakeholders across our global platform.

Role

As the new Analyst in Reporting & Forecasting, you will engage in our daily tasks alongside the team and CIP Finance management, preparing strategic financial insights and presentations, developing forecasting and reporting models, and collaborating with our senior stakeholders to enhance financial outcomes.

Your tasks are expected to be, but not limited to:

  • Assisting on preparing financial performance reporting for senior stakeholders used for decision making across the organization
  • Supporting preparations of budgets and forecasts
  • Ensuring data quality in our performance management system
  • Identifying and implementing improvements in internal processes, supporting the development of our financial setup, and seeking automation opportunities

The position is part-time and based in our headquarters in NordØ. The workload will vary depending on the number of projects you are working on, and you will be given the opportunity to shape your daily routine and schedule.  It is important to us that school is prioritized, so we offer flexibility around exams.

You

Ideally, you are about to start your master's degree in Finance, Economics, or Mathematics, and have experience from a previous role in accounting, controlling or consulting.

We look for the following in a candidate:

  • Top academic performance
  • A motivated student with willingness to take ownership of tasks and advance them to completion
  • Highly structured and attentive to details
  • Good analytical skills, and a structured approach to problem solving
  • Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Experience with EPM systems (e.g, OneStream), BI Tools, or ThinkCell is an advantage
  • Advanced communication skills in English
  • Positive mindset and willingness to learn

Please note that we do not offer a remote working opportunity, thus you must be a Danish resident or an upcoming student enrolled in a Danish university to be eligible for this role. Students on exchange in Denmark are not considered eligible for this position.
