Team

As an AI Developer in The Apps Platforms & Digital Solutions Team, under the COO Area, you will join a professional and growing IT organization within CIP Fund Solutions and report to the Head of Apps & Ops.

The team is responsible for managing, developing, maintaining, governing and securing our Microsoft Platform and business applications - including a growing ERP environment that is currently going through a cloud transition.

Our key focus is twofold. We optimize and automate IT processes that integrate our Microsoft infrastructure and platforms and combine everything into scalable, well-performing, modern, cloud-only platforms.

Secondly, our portfolio of business applications is managed effectively and professionally in close collaboration with business owners.

Role 

As an AI Developer, you will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and deploying advanced AI solutions that enhance automation, efficiency, and business value.

You will work closely with data scientists, business analysts, and business stakeholders to transform ideas into scalable, production-ready AI solutions.

Your knowledge of AI systems will be central to building robust AI models, integrating them into our IT landscape, and ensuring their ongoing performance and reliability.

You will contribute to generative AI projects, supporting our goal to be a leader in digital innovation.

Responsibilities will consist of but are not limited to:  

• Design, develop, and implement AI models for business-critical applications

• Build and maintain model deployment workflows (DevOps)

• Collaborate with data engineers, architects, and business teams to qualify new AI projects and define solution architecture

• Integrate AI solutions into cloud-based platforms (e.g., Azure) and ensure seamless operation within the IT landscape

• Ensure data quality, integrity, and security in all AI development activities

• Continuously improve AI solutions through code reviews, technical support, documentation, and knowledge sharing

You  

We are looking for a candidate with a relevant degree in software engineering, mathematics, or related disciplines and you bring a minimum of two years of practical experience in the development and deployment of IT solutions.

You are passionate and committed to developing innovative AI solutions. You thrive in a collaborative, high-performance environment and enjoy solving complex problems with advanced technology.

You have solid programming skills - especially in Python or C# - and are familiar with other relevant languages.

Experience working with cloud platforms such as Azure (e.g. AI Foundry), containerization technologies such as Docker, and CI/CD pipelines is highly valued, as is an understanding of DevOps practices for scalable AI deployment. Familiarity with equity funds or the financial sector is regarded as a plus.
