Do you want to join a global leader in renewable energy infrastructure? If so, CIP Fund Solutions (CIP FS) is looking for an AI Business Manager to join our office in Copenhagen, Denmark.  

Team

As an AI Business Manager, you will join the Digital Development team in CIP Fund Solutions.

The Digital Development team is a part of the wider COO area and plays a pivotal role in driving digital operational transformation across the CIP Platform. We are responsible for mapping, optimizing, and automating core business processes to enhance scalability, efficiency, and data-driven decision-making.

Our work spans strategic initiatives such as platform-wide process reengineering, collaboration with external advisors, and integration of advanced technologies - including AI and automation - into the CIP Platform.

As part of the wider COO area, we work closely with IT, data, and various parts of the business to ensure that business requests are prioritized and executed with clarity and impact.

Role

As an AI Business Manager in CIP Fund Solutions’ COO area, you will play a pivotal role in bridging the gap between business and technology, ensuring that AI and data-driven solutions deliver real value to the organization.

You will work closely with developers and business stakeholders to identify, qualify, and deliver AI projects that support our strategic goals for digitalization and automation.

You will be responsible for translating business needs into actionable AI solutions, supporting the end-to-end lifecycle from early ideation to implementation and adoption.

Your work will help ensure that our AI initiatives are not just visionary, but also practical, scalable, and adopted by users across the organization.

Responsibilities will consist of, but are not limited to:

  • Identifying and assessing new AI opportunities throughout the business

  • Developing solution proposals and mock-ups collaboratively for stakeholder engagement

  • Bridging business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure requirements are met and solutions are adopted

  • Working with IT architects and developers to integrate solutions into the IT landscape

  • Supporting the implementation of both traditional Machine Learning and Generative AI projects, and driving user adoption

  • Maintaining project documentation, coordinating projects, and clearly communicating technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders

You

You have a relevant educational background within business, data science, technology, or a similar field, and you bring experience working at the intersection of business and technology.

You are skilled in identifying and qualifying new AI opportunities across the business, developing solution proposals and mock-ups for stakeholder engagement, and acting as the link between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure requirements are met and solutions are adopted.

Additionally, you have practical experience with AI, Generative AI, and Machine Learning projects, are familiar with cloud-based data platforms (such as Azure), and have knowledge of equity funds or the financial sector.

We look for the following in a candidate:

  • Strong analytical skills and a keen interest in data and AI.

  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex topics simply.

  • Experience with stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration.

  • A curious, proactive, and collaborative mindset.

  • Ability to translate business needs into actionable solutions and facilitate user adoption.

  • Fluent in English. Danish is not a requirement.
