At Accenture Finance & Enterprise Performance (F&EP) we work with finance transformation for some of the leading Nordic and Global companies – often in a global context and in global teams. Our demand is rapidly increasing and therefore, we are looking to strengthen our team with a very experienced candidate, who would like to be part of growing our consulting practice as well as support our clients shape the future of finance.
You will transform the way finance works in the future

Accenture F&EP collaborates with CFOs, finance and Global Business Service departments in co-creation and implementation of finance function of the future. You will be working with some of the following types of projects:

• Advisory and design of finance transformation journeys for finance to become a truly global organization, better enable the business agenda and/or leverage new technological opportunities
• Implementation of touchless operations covering e.g. touchless accounts payables and digital closing. This levering automation and artificial intelligence etc.
• Implementation of new global operating models with intelligent back-office functions, digital innovation hub, finance control tower and/or build of improved business partnering capabilities
• Implementation of new advanced finance capabilities like analytics, advanced forecasting, new digital reporting tools and visualization

You will grow our CFO consulting practice
Furthermore, you will play a pivotal role in growing the Finance & Enterprise Performance practice in primarily Denmark, but also across Nordics. You are expected to further build trusted client senior finance relationships, drive sales activities, act as overall program manager or subject matter expert on delivery engagements as well as ensure internal community building.

Your primary focus will be within consumer facing industries like Retail, Consumer Goods, Life Science, Freight & Logistics, Industrial Equipment and Automotive.

Qualifications
Are you the trusted CFO advisor and leader we are looking for?

• We expect you are a well-established CFO advisor, who is on the forefront of shaping finance of the future. You understand what opportunities new technologies have in store for finance, plus you already have a proven track record of implementing digital finance solutions.
• You come with a proven track record of minimum 9 years of relevant consulting experience.
• You excel in developing strong client relationships, drive client dialogue both at finance manager and at CFO level, and in originating, shaping and delivering value-led finance projects.
• You are a solid team player who thrives when working in a fast-paced, high energy and project-oriented environment.
• You have excellent leadership and communication skills with extensive experience in managing a high-performance team.
• You are an action and results-oriented, self-driven person with a high energy level, analytical and structured, quality focused and adaptable.
• You are flexible and capable of some travel.
