At Pandora Global IT we are looking for a dedicated Program Manager to take on a central role within our Global Agile Development Applications team. The team is working on developing and supporting all applications within Pandora except for ERP. We are in need of you who can manage the Agile Application Development process, who thrives in the role as an external bridge between our business needs and our technical offerings. You are the natural analyst combined with the can-do attitude when it comes to ensuring the final delivery. Ensuring to secure the best delivery from a team a team of highly skilled internal and external developers.

Job Description:
We are looking for a Program Manager with a holistic approach, to take a lead role on the development of the Cloud Retailer Platform and the CRM Application. To provide key technical and solution architecture leadership for PANDORA’s Azure, Dynamics 365, .NET, BI, Ecommerce, and Mobile applications platforms.
Pandora relies on your extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish business goals through the strategic use of technology. You will provide consultation on complex projects and act as high-level contributor/specialist. A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected together with a holistic and agile approach.

This means supporting the business with various back-end solutions and custom applications to enable them to offer the best possible Cloud retailer platform and CRM functionality. You will be the center point for driving the analysis, design and development the way work is done. Aligning both methods, solution architecture and functional architecture.

As the Program Manager you will:
  • Understanding the requirements - identifying the stakeholders, helping to analyze the requirements and extracting those of architectural significance
  • Formulating the design - creating a solution structure which will meet the various requirements
  • Communicating the architecture - making sure that everyone understands the architecture.
  • Supporting the developers – making sure that the developers are able to realize the architecture
  • Verifying the implementation – ensuring consistency with the agreed architecture & requirements.
  • Organizes and manages all phases of the development project delivery to ensure on-time, on-budget completion

Your areas of responsibilities will include;
  • Assist in leading the solutions architecture, development, and integration of PANDORA’s .NET applications platform, ecommerce and web platforms with other key systems.
  • Assist in leading the solutions architecture, development, and integration of PANDORA’s Dynamics 365 and Azure platform with other key systems.
  • Architect, design, build, document, and assist with testing and releasing software solutions based on company’s SDLC methodology
  • Lead a development team focused on rapidly delivering business solutions using Agile/SCRUM/Kanban methodologies, with high quality

Professional qualifications:
The candidate has relevant experience and holds a strong technical background with solid Developer or solution architectural skills and the ability to liaise with the business. You have a solid experience working Agile in an international environment and understand how to translate business requirements into technical aspects and requirements and ensure the development and roll out.

The ideal candidate has strong experience with engagement towards the business and top level stakeholders on SVP level. Furthermore, you have corresponding experience from large scale international organizations, which has provided you with some of the following skills:
  • Strong agile and methodologic understanding
  • Solid technical background e.g. as Lead Developer or Solution Architect or similar
  • Extensive experience with .NET technologies and excellent programming and technology skills in ASP.NET, C#, JavaScript, Azure services and development, Dynamics 365
  • Extensive knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server and preferably Knowledge of Microsoft Azure BI services
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics 365 – CRM, POS, and ERP platforms
  • Expert in iterative ways of working and DevOps
  • Experience as a manager or project management as a minimum
